The concept and its lineage: winner 09 is premise 14, "present the whole service as creating a shipment with a hard arrival deadline, not booking travel" (steal targets Pirate Ship, Shippo, FedEx, UPS). It was a round 1 elimination recalled at the 2026-08-21 alignment meeting; no elimination or recall reason is on record, and like 16 it never received a candidate card, so this wireframe is its first concrete definition. The shaping session twice ruled the premise "feature risk: register alone is not divergence." This v01 answers with two structural moves agreed with Phil 2026-08-24: the item is the first question (no other winner owns that ask), and speeds are chosen as priced arrival dates with no tier names anywhere (the Ship Sticks grammar; the teardown notes LF already computes the data).
Evidence cuts both ways and this stimulus should test the split: customers already reach for courier comparisons in their own words ("a very expensive way to ship UPS/DHL", E015; "not as easy to use as Fedex or Send my Bag", E005), but the stronger documented current runs the other way: customers import the airline frame ("That's what the airlines do. Everybody does.", E106), industry convention is a binding constraint (C280), and the SLT retired the cruise-not-featured stance in favor of cruise-and-luggage-first (C277 removed, E098: cruise is 56.6% of revenue). A generic parcel framing cuts against both, which is why the register here is courier structure in white-glove voice: shipment, tracking, waybill, but "guaranteed, door to door," no carrier names, no parcel-store austerity. The teardown warning stands: naming FedEx plants the comparison.
The catalog stays real (Phil ruling 2026-08-24): no invented Box item. The default LF set is 11 items in 4 categories, closed, with the bag calculator as the only escape hatch (C025); the code has a box category but the LF set carries no box row. A true "package" would also need answers the current path cannot give: a shipment with no traveler cannot clear the international documents step (one traveler, one passport per trip, C024), and no duties or customs information exists anywhere before payment (C025). Those are build questions this concept raises, not things a wireframe can hide.
Where the numbers come from: US to US flat rates, whole-shipment sums of the two items (Large Golf Bag + Standard Bag): $568 = 294+274, $543 = 274+269, $603 = 309+294 (Saturday-capable), $353 = 179+174, $293 = 149+144. Arrival dates are the code-executed Monday-booking minimums (ideation/data/2026-08-24-16-leadtime-logic.md): pickup Wed, Aug 26 across all options. Simplifications, disclosed: same-date tier collapse and duplicate-date suppression are not modeled (the live calendar would prune some of these rows, C157); Economy is excluded because it never runs on a first shipment (C153); the dead Standard+ tier is excluded (calendar-disabled). The guarantee caveat from the teardown is live: today the on-time guarantee attaches per tier, so "every date guaranteed" is a promise widening to price, not a restatement.
Boundaries: the deadline is a field on the shipment, never a countdown; the clock-as-product belongs to 55 and the derive-backward math to requirement 54. Cruise is deliberately absent (02 and 04 own it). B2B ("Booth 214 by 8am", premise 40) stays unclaimed and untested here. Risks to test: item-first may read as a commodity intake to the travel-framed majority (E106, C280); dates-without-names may collide with returning customers who know the tier names; and the waybill register may undercut the white-glove promise for the cruise-first audience even in this voice.
